PAYMENTS/ PRICING

All pricing at Muna D Creations, LLC is subject to change at any time and will take effect once posted on this site. If a price has been agreed upon between [The Designer] and the client prior to any changes, it will remain valid until the project is completed. For projects costing $499 or less, full payment is required before work begins. For projects over $500, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is necessary before any work can commence. Unless purchasing directly from the site, full payments or deposits must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice; otherwise, the project may be canceled. Any remaining balance is due within 24 hours after you approve the final design concept. Once the final payment is received, the project will be completed, and all files and printed items will be sent to you. No work will begin until full payment has been received.

REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS

Muna D Creations, LLC does not offer refunds for services unless previously agreed upon. Buyer’s remorse or the desire to switch to another company does not qualify for a refund. Once payment is made, the sale is FINAL. It’s important to allow sufficient time for your project’s completion due to potential revisions, order volume peaks, or delays with prior projects. As a one-woman operation, I strive to provide a reasonable timeframe for each project, but busy periods may require additional time before I can begin your work.

If you choose to cancel a service that has already been paid for, that decision is yours. However, due to the resources allocated to your project, payments made to Muna D Creations, LLC are non-refundable to mitigate business loss. If any work has been completed and you decide to cancel, no refunds will be issued for either partial or full payments. All artwork, layouts, and development will remain the property of Muna D Creations, LLC, and any unfinished work will not be released to the client. Once the project reaches its final stage and full payment is received, ownership will then transfer to the client.

Refunds will only be issued if Muna D Creations, LLC is unable to complete the project due to personal circumstances or illness..

DRAFTS

Draft images of any kind are intended solely for approval purposes. They may not be copied, modified, or shared with anyone outside those directly involved in the project without prior permission from [The Designer]. All draft works remain the property of Muna D Creations, LLC.

REVISIONS

Additional revisions will incur a fee ranging from $5 to $50, depending on the project. This same three-revision limit applies to larger projects, such as web design. This policy helps maintain a steady workflow, ensuring your project is completed within a reasonable timeframe.

PROJECT TIME FRAME

Timely completion of projects is crucial. However, because each project and client is unique, additional time may be necessary to ensure satisfactory results. Please note that all timeframes refer to business days only. During peak periods, the design timeframe may be extended by 1 to 3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in the project timeline.

PROJECT DELIVERY FILES / POLICY

All design-only projects will be delivered to you (“The Client/Customer”) via email from me (“Muna D Creations, LLC”). Logo design files will always be provided in JPG, PNG, PDF, and .AI or .PSD formats. There is no extra charge for the vector format, as it is essential for scalable use. Other digital projects (such as flyers, business cards, website graphics, etc.) will be sent in JPG or PNG format. If you need a PDF file, please contact us to request it.

All core PSD or .AI files remain the property of Muna D Creations, LLC, even if a copy has been provided to you. Once a project is finalized and the files (excluding core files) have been delivered, you own the rights to the items purchased. The responsibility for copyrighting or trademarking your logo rests solely with you and is not the responsibility of Muna D Creations, LLC.

Upon completion, you (the client) grant Muna D Creations, LLC the right to use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
